Many seniors and people with disabilities reside in nursing homes, homes for the aged, disability centres and hospitals. They are unable to travel in groups by public transportation to such places as: Libraries and shopping malls Public parks and conservation areas Churches or other religious gatherings Theaters, concerts, movies and sporting events Special events in the GTA And many other places most of us take for granted. It is our aim to augment services for people with disabilities, other than medical and basic care, which are addressed by institutions and other specific care agencies. |
